Service Advisor Dashboard Report

Curious if anyone knows or has any input on a possible service advisor dashboard that could release?

Something that has everything from sales to GP%, GP$, GP$ per hr, close ratio, invoice count, deferred services dollar amount, parts margin ect….. with the normal filters we see so they could filter it to the week and themselves if they want.

I commission my advisors off of their own GP$s but feel like they dont need wide open access to all reporting so I have never turned reporting on for them.

Feel like this would be a major convenience for them to access and track live and filter necessary. Right in front of them instead of waiting for me to print weekly.

Would love to hear your guys thoughts of this topic or possibly your way of doing this if I’m not thinking of something

Different topic here - but a technician detail report specifically that they can track billed hours live as well would be a big deal for them. Again, feel like they do not need full access to all reporting of the shop. We currently have their billed hours live on a TV in the shop. Works good but a better personal detail option for them to track live billable hours, their services and efficiency themselves I think would be huge

Truly feel like Shopmonkey is just a couple little pieces away from being so good. This software has tremendously moved our business forward the last 2 years already. Can’t imagine what we can do with a couple more pieces covered.

Hey Jesse! I think I’m understanding what you’re saying. I think a more succinct way of putting it would be “allowing access to select reports in permissions instead of the reports being all or nothing access.” Is that right? I like that idea a lot and think that would be a widely held desire across users!

That would be nice. I have talked to people in the pass of setting a gross profit per hour red, yellow green possibly click and see% but something so they know if the ticket is inline with goals and KPI before selling.
