We are looking into setting up one of these systems…we’re still in the exploratory stage, but does anyone have any thoughts on these? We want to make it easy for clients to drop keys off securely after hours, & also pick them up after hours securely, rather than either staying late to meet them, or leaving their their key on a tire on inside an unlocked car (neither are options I like!).
We recently bought something way less fancy than those you mentioned, but we love it – Keymaster Solutions. We only bought the “pickup part.” Super simple, reliable, no monthly fees, and no headaches that usually come with digital kiosks

Also using Keymaster solutions at my shop, works great. Although sometimes customers don’t know how to operate the combination locks (yikes!) what I did to get around this trip up was also send a shortened URL to a youtube short where I explain exactly how to drop off / pick up after hours including how to use the combo locks Lol
